Information submitted through our booking forms is stored in a Google Sheets–based system used internally to manage and follow up on bookings, and is also used to fire the conversion/lead events described in Sections 2 and 3.

- To contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm and schedule your free gym tour.
- To respond to enquiries you send us.
- To measure and improve our advertising, including tracking whether ad clicks lead to a booking (conversion tracking).

3. Cookies and tracking technologies
These tools run across our Site — including our homepage and our free gym tour landing page — to understand traffic and measure advertising performance:
- Google Tag Manager & Google Ads conversion tracking — measures which ads lead to a class booking or tour booking, on every page that has a booking form.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram) — records page views and records a "Lead" event whenever you submit a booking form or start a WhatsApp chat through our Site, enabling us to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on Meta platforms.
